1) Is booking / reservation of a timeslot required?
Booking of a timeslot is not required for all our outlets. You can walk-in any time to enjoy your playtime during operating hours.
2) From what age onwards would a child require a paid admission ticket?
A child from ages 1 years old to 12 years old would require a paid admission ticket for entry. Infants below 1 year old can enter for free if accompanied by a paying child.
3) Are there lockers available for use? If yes, are there any charges for usage?
Complimentary lockers are available for use in our premises. You may approach our friendly staff for any further assistance.
4) Can food and drinks be consumed within the premises?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed within the premises. Exceptions would be given for baby formula and milk.
5) Are strollers/prams allowed to be brought in or is there a space to place them?
Strollers and prams can be brought in. However, they have to be parked at designated spaces in the premises.
6) Can the tickets / 10x / Annual / VIP Pass be used across all outlets?
Each ticket / 10x / Annual / VIP Pass is valid for its respective outlet only and cannot be use across outlets.
7) What should we prepare for our visit to Kiztopia?
Anti-slip socks are required for admission into the parks. Long-sleeved t-shirt and long pants are also recommended for your visit to Kiztopia.

2) How do I make a reservation?
Kindly complete the School Visit Inquiry Form here or send an email to [email protected].
3) When should I confirm the booking with you?
It is advised to endorse the order confirmation and pay a 50% deposit at least 14 days in advance to secure the booking.
4) Is my booking confirmed after I completed the Inquiry Form?
Booking will only be confirmed after a deposit has been made, thereafter a booking confirmation will be sent to you.
5) How do I make the payment for the booking, and is it refundable?
The payment booking must be made online. Deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
6) When do I have to pay the balance of the remaining amount?
You are required to pay the remaining balance at least 3 working days before the visit.
7) Am I allowed to bring my own food?
Outside food is not allowed. You may opt for in-house meal option when placing your booking.
8) What are the range of school programmes offered?
Kiztopia offers a range of school programmes that complement the school curriculum. Do email us at [email protected] for any further enquiry.
9) Will there be a room for us to place our belongings / water bottles?
You can place your belongings at the shoe racks / lockers that are available. Water bottles can be placed at the designated areas provided.
10) Can we use the room for dine in?
You may dine in the room should you order our in-house meal options in your package. No outside food is allowed.

2) How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website or contact us through our events hotline: +65 8201 0394.
3) When should I confirm the booking with you?
You are advised to make the booking as soon as possible to secure your birthday party celebration dates.
4) Is my booking confirmed after I completed the form online?
Your party booking will only be confirmed after a deposit have been made and a booking confirmation has been sent to you.
5) How do I make the payment for the booking, and is it refundable?
The payment for the booking must be made online. The birthday party deposit is non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
6) When do I have to pay the remaining amount of the party package?
You may pay the remaining amount on the day of the party.
7) Is the birthday child included in the number of participants?
Yes, the birthday child is included in the total number of participants for the party.
8) What if I have more kids and adults than the birthday package?
In light of the current Covid-19 situation, each party room is only allowed to cater to a specific capacity. For any special requests, please enquire more with our events team.
9) Is birthday cake included in the package?
Birthday cake is not included in the package. You may bring in your own birthday cake. Please take note that Kiztopia will not be held liable for any illness caused by or related to outside food consumed in Kiztopia.
10) Am I allowed to cater food from outside?
Catered food is not allowed. Should you have any special request (e.g.: Vegetarian required, Halal required, etc.), kindly speak to our events team for further assistance.
11) Does the party package include food for kids and adults?
The party package includes food for children only. There is food catering options for adults with additional charges. Kindly refer to the booking form for the adult’s food menu. Alternatively, you may consider ordering ala-carte items from our cafés.
12) Is your food halal certified?
The food provided is not halal certified. Should you require, please consult our events team for alternative halal catering options before booking your party. Do note that additional charges may apply.
13) Can we use the party room after our 1hr of usage is up?
We have a specific allocated timeslot for our party room, therefore any extension of usage of party room will incur additional charges.
14) What games will be conducted during the party?
Games are specially curated based on the party theme selected and age of the participants.
15) What is in the goodie bags?
The content of the goodie bag is subject to changes. Please email us at [email protected] for more information.
16) Is there GST and service charge?
Yes, all our party packages are subjected to prevailing GST and 10% service charge.
