Experience

  • Ticketing and Admission
  • Responsible for cashiering work and the accuracy of cash floats as part opening and closing counter duties.
  • Provide good customer service and facilitate queuing at the ticketing area, admission and exit patrols.
  • Ensure all guests follow proper protocol before entry and upon exit.
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of reception counter by complying with rules and regulations at all times.
  • Execute daily duties in up-keeping and ensure park cleanliness.
  • Conduct daily checks of all play areas and equipment
  • Assist in executing and co-ordinating birthday parties and events.
  • Assist to provide first-aid support where necessary.
  • Be vigilant on people moving in and out of exits to ensure the safety and security of our guests within the park.
