FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) What are the available party timeslots?

Our available party timeslots are as follow:

Sunday to Thursday: 10am – 1pm / 1pm – 4pm / 4pm – 8pm

Friday & Saturday: 10am – 1pm / 1pm – 4pm / 4pm – 7pm / 7pm – 10pm

2) How do I make a reservation?

You can make reservation through our website at www.kiztopia.com or contact us through our Events hotline: +65 8201 0394.

3) When should I confirm the booking with you?

Best to confirm your booking as soon as possible, if not 2 months in advance, to better prepare and facilitate for your birthday party.

4) Is my booking confirmed after I completed the form online?

Booking will only be confirmed after a deposit have been made and a booking confirmation invoice is given to you.

5) Mode of payment for the deposit and how much?

We accept NETS, Credit Card and cash as mode of deposit. The deposit amount for each of the package will be as follows:

  • HappyKiz package: $321 inclusive of 7% GST
  • HoneyKiz package: $428 inclusive of 7% GST (temporarily unavailable)
  • EliKiz package: $1070 inclusive of 7% GST (temporarily unavailable)

6) If I were to make a deposit and decided to cancel my booking, is my deposit refundable?

All deposits are non-refundable upon confirmation. Should there be any need to change the date of booking, please write in to us at events@kiztopia.com. Change of booking date is subject to availability and additional charges.

7) When do I have to pay the balance of the remaining amount of the packages?

You may pay the remaining balance on the day of the party itself.

8) Is birthday cake included in the package?

No, cake is not included. You may bring in your own birthday cake. Please do take note that Kiztopia will not be responsible for any sickness or damages caused by or related to outside food consumed in Kiztopia.

9) Am I allowed to cater food from outside for the adults?

Catered food is not allowed. Should you have any special request (eg. Vegetarian required, Halal required, etc.), please speak to our events team for further assistance.

10) Is there food menu for the adults?

Yes, please refer to the booking form for the adult’s food menu. Please note that additional charges will be incurred for ordering the adult’s food menu. Alternatively, you may wish to consider ordering ala-carte food from our café instead.

11) What activities are in the structured activities?

Activities are specially curated depending on the age of your child.

12) Can we use the party room after our 1hr of usage is up?

We have a specific allocated timeslot for our party room, therefore any extension of usage of party room will incur additional charges.

13) What if I have more kids and adults than the birthday package?

In light of the current Covid-19 situation, each party room is only allowed to cater to a specific capacity. For any special requests, please enquire more with our events team.

14) What’s in the goodie bag?

The content of the goodie bag is subjected to change. Please email us at events@kiztopia.com for more information.

15) Is there GST and service charge?

Yes, all party packages are subjected to 7% GST and 10% service charge.
