As a Junior Service Crew, you will
- Be the face of Kiztopia
- Be part of our friendly service crew team
- Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience
- Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety
- Assist in maintaining the playground cleanliness and its tidiness
- Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage
- Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment
- Support day to day admission process
- Support day to day event activities and performance
- Execute other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
We are looking for people who have
- High energy and a strong passion for delighting our young customers and their families
- Fun and cheerful personality
- A motivated team player who likes to explore new thing and learn new skills
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
- Have at least GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate.

As a Senior Service Crew, you will
- Be the face of Kiztopia
- Be part of our friendly service crew team
- Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience
- Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety
- Assist in maintaining the playground cleanliness and its tidiness
- Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage
- Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment
- Assist in planning of duty roster schedule
- Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & meal-time arrangement
- Assist in managing & leading part time and junior service crew
- Support day to day admission process
- Support day to day event activities and performance
- Execute other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
We are looking for people who have
- High energy and a strong passion for delighting our young customers and their families
- Fun and cheerful personality
- A motivated team player who likes to explore new thing and learn new skills
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
- Have at least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate.
