• Be the face of Kiztopia
• Be part of our friendly service crew team
• Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience
• Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety
• Assist in maintaining the playground cleanliness and its tidiness
• Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage
• Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment
• Support day to day admission process
• Support day to day event activities and performance
• Execute other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety
• Assist in maintaining the playground cleanliness and its tidiness
• Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage
• Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment
• Assist in planning of duty roster schedule
• Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & meal-time arrangement
• Assist in managing & leading part time and junior service crew
• Support day to day admission process
• Support day to day event activities and performance
• Execute other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

We are looking for people who have

• Have at least 2 years' experience in customer service or related field
